Shake 1.5 oz of Estate 98 with 1.0 – 1.5 of your favorite base spirit (vodka, tequila or whiskey) and ice for 15 seconds. Add simple syrup or agave if extra sweetness is desired. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
