2. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

All orders containing alcoholic beverages are fulfilled and shipped by licensed retailers within our network. Estate ‘98, LLC does not directly sell or ship alcohol to consumers.
By placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The sale occurs between you and the licensed retailer processing your order.
• Your order is not accepted until it has been reviewed and shipped by a licensed retailer.
• The licensed retailer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or regulatory restrictions.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, your payment will be refunded in full.

By using this Site, you also confirm that the recipient of any alcoholic beverage shipment is 21 years of age or older and will present a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
You may not resell any alcoholic beverages purchased through this Site.

If any of the above representations are found to be untrue, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estate ‘98, LLC and any participating retailer from all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from such misrepresentation.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, prices, and availability.

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information and reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or modify offerings at any time without notice.

All products are offered while supplies last.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged or defective items as described below.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must email hello@estate98.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and process a replacement or refund (as applicable). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

We do not accept exchanges.

5. Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@estate98.com.
• Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with our shipping and retail partners to resolve the matter promptly.

6. Failure to Deliver

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to sign for the package, please contact us at orders@estate98.com.

Returned orders may be eligible for a refund minus applicable shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.
