Two-Step Espresso Martini
Shake 2.0 oz of Estate 98 with 1.0 oz your favorite base spirit (vodka, tequila or whiskey) and ice for 15 seconds. Add 0.25 oz simple syrup or agave if extra sweetness is desired. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
Carajillo Especial
Shake 2 oz of Estate 98 and 2 oz of Licor 43 with ice for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with Salvadoran coffee beans.
Espresso Spritz
Mix 1.5 oz Estate 98 with 2 oz San Pellegrino Blood Orange. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a flamed or fresh orange peel garnish.
No espresso machine? No problem.Just use Estate 98 instead and shake.
