If you’re an espresso martini fan, looking for something new to try, or need a new go-to after-dinner drink, this is a coffee cocktail to master. Luckily, as far as drink recipes go, the Carajillo '98 couldn’t be easier. 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz of Estate '98 Ultra Concentrated Coffee
• 2 oz Licor 43
• Ice

DIRECTIONS

1. Simply combine 2 ounces of Licor 43 , 1 ounce of Estate '98 Ultra-Concentrated Coffee and ice in a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

2. Pour into a coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
