Coco Vanilla Cafè with Coffee Whip

Ingredients:

  • Estate '98 Ultra-Concentrated Coffee
  • Coconut milk (Coconut water can be used too)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Water
  • Sugar

Directions:

  1. 1) Prepare Coffee Ice Cubes: Dilute the Estate '98 Ultra-Concentrated Coffee with water according to your desired strength. Pour the diluted coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  2. 2) Make Vanilla Milk: In a pitcher, combine the coconut milk and vanilla extract. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. 3) Whip Coffee: In a large bowl, add water, sugar, and a small amount of Estate '98 Ultra-Concentrated Coffee (adjust to taste for desired coffee strength). Whip with an electric hand mixer or blender for 4-5 minutes, or until soft peaks form.
  4. 4) Serve: Add the coffee ice cubes to a glass. Fill half the cup with the vanilla milk, and top the other half with the whipped coffee mixture. Stir gently and enjoy.

Notes:

  • Re-whip the coffee mixture if it starts to deflate before serving.
